Service · Written Review
You have dates, a rough plan, and a browser full of tabs. What you don’t have is someone who lives here telling you what actually needs booking first, what sells out, and where you should sleep. The Japan Booking Audit is exactly that: send me your plan, and within 48 hours you get a written, personal review — the booking order, the deadlines, the base-city calls, and the things you can safely leave for later.
What you get
Your booking order
What to reserve this week, this month, and what can wait — with the real deadlines (hut releases, ticket windows, sakura-week hotel pressure) for your specific dates.
Where to stay, honestly
Base-city and neighborhood calls for your route — including the Fuji area, where I live: Kawaguchiko vs Fujiyoshida, day trip vs overnight, station-side vs view-side.
What to skip
The overpriced, the overbooked, and the things that don’t fit your dates — with alternatives that do.
One page, yours
A written review you can act on the same day, structured as a checklist with your action dates.
How it works
1. Fill in the form below with your dates, group, rough route and biggest open questions. 2. Within 24 hours I confirm whether a slot is free — no payment before that. 3. You get a Stripe payment link (US$69). 4. Within 48 hours of payment, your written audit lands in your inbox. If I can’t deliver in 48 hours, you get a full refund — simple.

Prefer to plan it yourself?
Everything the audit draws on is free on this site: the Japan Trip Booking Timeline (every verified release rule), the Booking Dates tool (your month, one step), and the live sakura and koyo boards. The audit just does the applying-it-to-your-plan part for you.
FAQ
Why should I trust your calls?
I live in Fujiyoshida at the foot of Mt. Fuji and run this site’s live booking-window tracking year-round — hut releases, festival ticket windows, sakura hotel pressure. The audit applies that same data to your specific dates, plus the local judgment a search engine can’t give you.
Do you book anything for me?
No. You receive written advice and links to official booking channels; every reservation is made by you, in your accounts. I’m not a travel agency and don’t take commissions from your bookings through this service.
What if my dates are far away and nothing is bookable yet?
Then the audit tells you exactly that — with the release dates to calendar and the few things worth locking early (refundable rooms, flexible rail). You’ll know what to do and when, instead of guessing.
Refunds?
Full refund if I miss the 48-hour delivery, or if no slot is available after you’ve paid (which shouldn’t happen — payment links only go out for confirmed slots).
